Studio Suite
Being 530 square feet the suite is able to accommodate two people comfortably. There is a queen 4 post bed, a small sitting chair and full kitchen, including a dishwasher, stove, microwave, full refrigerator, oven, and place settings.
One Bedroom Condo
Our one bedroom suites are perfect for a couple on a romantic getaway, or for the business traveler, especially on an extended stay. All of them feature a queen bed, full kitchen, full bath and a queen sleeper sofa. Seven of them also feature a working gas fireplace, the other two have a balcony over looking our beautiful courtyard.
Two Bedroom Condo
Our two bedroom suite is roughly 1250 square feet and features an incredible two story floor plan. It’s ideal for two couples to share, with two full bathrooms with tub/showers - and one is a master bath/bedroom design with its own balcony. Each bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen pullout sofa on the first floor. This unit also features a built in garage for even more privacy.
Three Bedroom Condo
Our only three bedroom three level suite is roughly 2100 square feet. It’s ideal for three couples to share, with three full bathrooms with tub/showers and 1 half bath, a fireplace and balcony dedicated to one bedroom, and the third floor features a queen bed and full sleeper sofa.

Each 1500 square foot condo is appointed with the same luxuries offered at Pelham Court Hotel. Each unit has been individually furnished and decorated to provide the ultimate Newport, RI private retreat. Each are equipped with two private bedrooms, queen beds, open living room and dining room and two private baths. Each enjoy a beautiful balcony over looking Bellevue and the bay in the distance.
