Located in the heart of downtown Newport, RI, Pelham Court Hotel will serve beautifully as the hub of your wedding activities. Our, luxurious meticulously cleaned rooms provide a classic, small boutique hotel ambiance for your wedding party and guests.

Our quaint European-style courtyard is an attractive place for you and your guests to unwind and enjoy each other's company without the interruptions of other parties or gatherings.

Amenities include on-site parking, and high-speed wireless internet, large rooms for your whole bridal party to get ready, including but not limited to, makeup and hair. You can rest assured, knowing you and your guests will be well situated, and well taken care of by our friendly and award-winning attentive staff,

If you are interested, after reading the information below, please fill out the inquiry form and you will be added to our waitlist. We have standing reservations, example for the Newport Folk/Jazz festivals & Newport Boat Show, that we automatically reserve for our returning valued guests. After that, we go to our wedding waitlist, which is a first come first serve decision. We require the wedding blocks to occupy the full hotel (12 rooms), or all available rooms *. If a room was not reserved, the point of contact would be responsible. All weekends/Holidays are a 2-night minimum, so Thursday and Friday, Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday. We offer off street parking, 1 space for studio suite, 1 for a 1 bedroom, 2 for 2 bedroom and 3 for 3 bedroom. We have 1 studio suite, 9 1 bedrooms, 1 2 bedroom and 1 3 bedroom. We are unable to provide extra off-street parking.

Pricing is carefully calculated yearly and is subject to change, typically 1%-3% +/-. Sample June 2022 pricing is available below for 2022. In November of 2022 we plan on beginning to send the initial wedding contracts. It will be valid for 7-10 days.

Currently we require a full rent out of the hotel. Considerations for off season hotel blocks may be agreed to.

*If a less than full hotel block is agreed upon by Pelham Court Hotel & the Guest, or a full rental is not achieved, Pelham Court Hotel will attempt to sell the remaining minimal rooms. A deposit will be taken in advance from the point of contact to ensure all Pelham Court Hotel guests are able to enjoy the right to “Quiet Enjoyment”.
